Syria's most effective General in the field (Brig Gen Hussam Luka, I think), has, according to Pepe Escobar, fled to Russia, and is providing the Russians with a lot of strategic information about Syria.

Unlike western knee-jerkers, Russia and Iran get all their ducks in a row before they make a move, and they tend to let the enemy come to them. I suspect that there is a lot going on with the two that we are not seeing.

I recall that the Oreshnik that pulverised that military installation - so badly that Ukraine refuses to release pictures of the dust pile that it caused - was a test run. I suspect that Russia is peddling like hell to get Oreshniks prepared and in position in both the west, and east, of Russia. The latter in striking distance of the US.

Russia clearly stated its goals for Ukraine at the outset: de-militarisation and de-nazification. No peace deal will be contemplated unless these conditions are met. Trump needs to understand this.

The West - i.e. US, UK, Israel - have made their move - now Iran and Russia, patient as ever - will consider theirs. We will wait and watch. I heard stories that the site was reduced to dust by the Oreshnik but other accounts said this wasn't true. I have seen zero footage of the site Thanks Joy.

Thanks for the very well compiled update Rob.

It was another surreal week where global forces keep delivering their insane plans on the World.

The UAF troops have to be on medication-to sit around in these envelopment battles (e.g. Trudovoye area) and not even mutiny or disobey orders and retreat.

They have nothing to lose so take a few blocking detachment troops with them or surrender.

What does anyone think of the mysterious drone swarms and activity in the US?

In my opinion, the very fact that the US is not taking much action against it whilst pointing the finger at the usual suspects is telling.

Perhaps another psychological operation attempt to create mass hysteria amongst those that still believe the propaganda.

Viewed some videos about the drones and its weird that the authorities are in denial. Still non the wiser

Thanks Anthony: it has certainly been a surreal week and it may continue. It looks as if Syria could cease to exist before too long. I've seen the story about the drones but have no idea what's going on yet.

There has been few videos where Ukrainian troops have shot the blocking detachment/mercs in the rear and fled, one such video was especially worth remembering - it included U.S mercs ; the US merc idiots had gopro (or similar) and were recording their war crime (shooting own side troops who were trying to withdraw)

But at least in that case, evil got their just reward and the mercs were shot by the withdrawing troops, and probably Ukros who shot them distributed the gopro footage. It was on some BitChute channel where i saw that.

But yeah, you are right, wonder why that does not happen more often, or perhaps it does, but we just don't know ? Or Ukro-nazis may have some threats against your family if you retreat, who knows.

Couple options for drone BS in the US : maybe some last ditch effort of the deep state to derail Trump inauguration ? Most likely some hare brained scheme, hopefully will amount to nothing.

More likely version of drone mess : federal UAS legislation in the US has to be renewed in late December and this is some fear campaign to tighten the drone laws and as usual slip some dubious rules in underhanded when nobody is looking. (like the ban of internet poker was slipped in 'port legislation bill' way back when)

I'm sure there will be more attempts to derail Trump.

The dementia puppet is happily contributing with the ATACMS authorisation and extra military aid bills being squeezed in before the end oh his tenure.

Who knows what their next move will be Rob?

Yes good take on the mystery drones Bread.

I remember that neocon strategy now, where they quickly bring in laws (instead of being upfront with the facts) to subjugate freedoms.

Blanket drone regulations coming soon maybe?

I saw a supposed blocking detachment shootout last year some time.

It could have been the BitChute one actually. Its possible the link was on MOA.

But I do remember commenters discussing the Mercs accents. Canadian or Balkan if I remember.

Syria was a democracy in 1949. The CIA overthrew the government because the president wouldn’t allow an oil pipeline to be built across the country. When that leaked out the New York Times had an editorial in the early 1960s defending the action and saying that it would show countries not to defy us.

Thanks for another great update Rob. As others have noted it has been a surreal week. As Hunter S Thomson noted "When the going gets weird the weird turn pro".
