Thank you.

Tim Watkins [Consciousness of Sheep] and Dr. Tim Morgan [Seeds] both have very good articles this week about the long term financial health of the 'Western' economies. Things are not looking good for those who have to live under the yoke of neo-liberal governments and economic policies. Interesting comment earlier this week that the British army would be destroyed in 6 months in a war against Russia.

Thanks Rob, for your comprehensive round-up.

The failing Empire is determined to do as much damage as possible before its credit runs out.

• With 25,000 NGOS on the payroll in Georgia it is easy to fill the streets with EU flag-wavers, armed with fireworks-machineguns (a new twist). Soooo similar to the Maiden Square demos. Just waiting for the CIA-paid snipers to appear.

• The largely foreign, rent-a-jihad, head choppers in Syria now have a host of NATO tanks to menace Syria with. And the biggest army in NATO is at their backs, being put forward by the treacherous Erdogan, for his own ends. He is wanting to get his dibs on the Syrian oil that the Yanks are currently stealing. Israel is in the mix, helping arm the head-choppers, trying to stop arms to Hezbola from coming from Iran. The Iraqis have sent troops. Russian jets are hammering those NATO tanks, and the Syrian Arab Army, tired from its relentless battles, is still fighting strongly. This is about defending Israel from the Axis of Resistance, and is going to get a lot bigger. There is a far greater risk of nuclear war here than in Ukraine.

• Oh and Nicaragua has just green-lighted Russia to build a military base there!

• Our ABC keeps referring to the head choppers as "moderate rebels" FFS.

• MBS some time ago withdrew funding from the head choppers. He is a VERY interesting addition to the world stage. He has been pushing SA out of medieval times, into the 21st century, and getting SA out from under the hegemon. He is prepared to be ruthless, by our standards, but when you are up against the CIA it is the only way to go. As Putin knows.

• Australia voted for a Palestinian state in the UN and lo and behold, a synagogue was set alight, at a time when people were in it, so all their precious torah inscriptions were saved. They are now screaming "anti-semitism" from the rooftops. False Flag? Certainly looks that way.

• Lastly, is sleepy Joe aware that he has pardoned his son? Give him an ice cream and tell him about the latest fronts that the US is opening up in his name, before the loose cannon takes over.

Thanks Joy - it's all happening. I wonder if Biden is aware of very much at all.

Another great piece. Its all very depressing for the middle east. Byzantine was never more apt. Looks like Syria may fall and pluralism destroyed by salafism. Lebanon will be next. No doubt there will be backroom deals and the greater Israel project will move on to more land grabs in Syria and southern Lebanon. Iraqis are apparently worried that it will overspill there again. The photograph of Zelensky and Olaf visiting the hospital sums up the war. Ukraine's youth lying prostrate, crippled in a bare room doomed by a deranged leader and western potentates. Never has Germany been so hapless as to appoint Baerbock as foreign secretary she isnt fit to be on a community council. Absolutely zero understanding of Chinese culture and diplomatic protocol.

Thanks Michael. It's been quite a depressing week really. I have a strong sense of injustice/justice and can't help being affected by what's happening in Syria/Lebanon/Gaza/Romania/Georgia/France etc. But I remain optimistic, as always.

Thanks Rob, another great update. I read about the UAF shell misfiring issues etc, that you mention, on Ukrainska Pravda.

The penny seems to be dropping after 3 years of fighting that they can never win.

Good analysis on the lack of further atacms strikes by Ukraine as well-looks like the hazel really did its job in taking the pressure down a notch or two.

I don't think the offers by the West to Russia for peace are anything like the final terms that will be offered but just one of many future levels of bargaining and negotiation.

Still, not much surprises me anymore and what is not so say that they will pull the plug on offers and say 'look we tried and evil Russia did not want peace so it has to be WW3'

Sad to see also that the US and Turkey are trying to bring Assad down and create problems for Russia in Syria with yet even more deaths and destruction.

Also is anyone else sick of the MSMs attempt to start another maidan in Georgia?

By portraying hundreds of rent a mob rioters as evidence of the dissatisfaction of the entire 3.7 million Georgian population with its appointed government.

Lets see what happens next week.

Cheers Anthony. I agree about Trump's negotiating position. I think I said before that he is a businessman and will ask for more in a deal than he is willing to accept but the Kellogg plan insults the intelligence. I find lots of things annoying at the moment: Erdogan, Macron, the rent a mob violence in Georgia and so on.

Yes it is annoying Rob. The sheeple everywhere are fooled by the MSM portrayal of events.

The general public generally doesn't think things through for themselves in this day and age.

They are quite willing to turn on a TV or read a paper that 'reports' that (fill in number of people) in (fill in location) support (fill in candidate)

For not questioning or providing objectivity Journalists have a lot to answer for.

Thanks Rob, yes it is difficult to watch TV with the mind numbing narrative that is added to the content.

I actually miss free to air RT in the UK so sometimes watch Al Jazeera instead.

Mainstream TV, I just watch it sometimes to try and interpret what the facts are and how big a distortion they are putting on it.

At some point that will give the real answer to what is going on.

You can access live RT through Brave. Install Brave then click on the menu in the top right hand corner. Select New Private Window in Tor. Wait for it to install then put RT Live in the menu.

Elensky's eyes suggest him being 'high as a kite' in the photo with'pirate' sholtz IMO.

Nor would I. Perhaps on that occasion it had something to do with the contents of the pirate's large metal suitcase he had arrived with.

I should say that the photograph was taken from video clip that was clearly fake. As for the suitcase: some say it was full of cash but I have no idea.

I thought it was from a cropped photograph. Not sure the suitcase was large enough for the sort of cash Z's usual top-up...

I see B is reporting Syria has fallen. Thats not quite true. There's an interesting map of the advance of the rebel forces. Whilst they have taken the cities of Hama and Homs they haven't taken the coastal region contiguous to these cities. If you have a look at the Alawite area you will see this is the coastal region north of Lebanon and this is the area that hasn't been taken. The Russian bases are here. The main city is Latakia. The area which hasn't been taken corresponds with the Alawite territory under the French. As i said before its a reworking of the Sykes Picot agreement. The country is breaking down into the historic regions.

Thanks for that Michael. I have been doing some research of the conflict and the background and was thinking of a doing an article on it - well - it's nearly finished actually. But I need an up to date map and I need to confirm a story that HTS has declared a Caliphate. I understand that Assad has resigned and that his administration will cooperate with the Jihadis but I am still not clear as to what territory they will take. I've also seen it reported that the Jihadis have agreed not to touch the two bases or Russian Personnel.

Great synopsis, Rob, even better than your usual high standard.

The utter hypocrisy of the western leaders is truly unfathomable. I’m always curious whether they actually are aware of their deceit.

Cheers Occam - I do try to improve. Good point you raise and I have always wondered who is being deceitful and who is self deluded. It's really difficult to judge.
