No Time To Be Ill

Many apologies for not being able to do the Update this week. I have been in bed since last Sunday with gastritis which is worse than my bout in October - but at least I have managed to stay out of hospital. It’s a bad time to be ill because there has been much to write about and now the war has started. I will write more when I feel better.
