The Iran War Summary: Week Three
20th March 2026
Once again this week it has been necessary to provide a separate Update on the Iran War because there is so much going on there. You can see the Ukraine and World Affairs Update here. It is very difficult to make judgements about who is winning because information, especially with regard to the damage caused to Israel, is sparse. However, Iran is obviously causing a great deal of damage to US bases in the Gulf States and in Israel - especially Haifa and Tel Aviv. It is coordinating its offensive with Hezbollah and various resistance groups are assisting with strikes on Israel and Iraq including the US base in Baghdad. With 2 aircraft carriers having to quit the fight and Iran’s missile attacks showing no signs of abating, the Donald appears trapped in the Middle East without an off ramp as he faces increasing criticism at home and the prospect of a world economic crisis. For their part, it seems that the Iranians are attempting to evict the Americans from the Middle East and unite the Arab and Muslim countries in the region as sovereign states which can look after their own security. This is a Mammoth task but I am sure that we all wish them well. The Satanic ‘Epstein’ regime will resist with tooth and claw but the optimist in me is hopeful.
The Iran War - Week 3
14th March - Day 15
Iranian Attacks
Late yesterday, the Iranians announced that they have been targeting The Israeli Defence Forces Command in Beersheba with drones. On the evening of the 13th March (19.30 Israeli time), I saw a number of reports claiming that projectiles are falling on Tel Aviv. One account said they were drones. The area east of Ben Gurion airport was hit setting buildings alight.
According to the IRGC:
Wave 48 of Operation True Promise 4, carried out simultaneously with Hezbollah in Lebanon against targets in the northern occupied territories—Galilee, Golan, Haifa, and US terrorist military bases in the region—was successfully conducted with the launch of solid-fuel Kheibar Shekan missiles, liquid-fuel Qadr missiles, and destructive drones.
The targets included 10 sites where Zionist leaders may be in hiding; 3 sites that may be hiding Americans; Tel Aviv and US bases at King Sultan; Victoria and Erbil.
According to this report, the Iranians have damaged 5 refueling planes at Prince Sultan airbase in Saudi Arabia.
This morning, the IRGC announced that it had damaged the Abraham Lincoln with 4 Fattah-1 hypersonic missiles and drones. The Iranians are becoming quite efficient at shooting down USraeli drones: 114 have been eliminated so far.
According to this report, yesterday’s attack on Israel with 30 ballistic missiles was the largest of the war and disrupted/destroyed Israel’s important air surveillance systems. The attack also destroyed 10 IDF command posts.
According to Slavyangrad, another US tanker was set alight on the coast of the UAE. The terminal at Fujairak, which resumed its operations only yesterday, has again been hit by drone attacks. Overnight, the US embassy in Baghdad was attacked with drones. The Iranians also attacked the Zionist military intelligence gathering agency at Aman.
The Israeli police attempted to stop the above missile strike from being filmed.
Later in the day, the IRGC announced Wave 49. The wave attacked Al-Dhafra air base in Abu Dhabi (UAE), hitting Patriot radars; a control tower and hangars. Sheikh Isa airbase and Al Adeiri helicopter base were also hit with missiles and drones. Israeli media is also reporting attacks by missiles and rockets in the centre of Tel Aviv. Haifa also came under drone attack along with Eilat. In spite of all this, Trump is saying that he has destroyed 100% of Iran’s military. But saying it doesn’t make it true.
The Iranian Army (not the IRGC) is advising people to leave Jebel Ali; Fujairah and Kalifa (UAE) immediately. Apparently, the Emiratis are using their ports to attack Kharg and Abusa Islands so they are fair game.
The IRGC has also announced that it will now be targeting police stations and security centres in Israel in retaliation against similar attacks by the USraelis in Iran.
Hezbollah/Resistance
Islamic Resistance/Hezbollah are active in Lebanon, targeting groups of Zionist soldiers with rockets. The resistance is also targeting Zionist military bases with missiles, including Meron in north Palestine and Balat in South Lebanon.
The Iraqi Islamic resistance also attacked the US Victoria base in Baghdad while Hezbollah hit targets in Haifa. Fierce battles are being fought in several places along the Palestinian/Lebanese border between Hezbollah and the IDF. So far, the Zionists have been unable to secure a bridgehead in Lebanon. Islamic resistance has been very busy in Iraq, carrying out 27 acts of resistance against US bases in the past 24 hours. It has also been busy in Lebanon.
USrael Attacks
It is being reported that the US has attacked Kharg Island and destroyed all of its fortifications but did not touch the oil facilities there. You can see a report at Daniel Davis’s Deep Dive. According to Al Jazeera, the Iranians have warned that if the US attacks the oil facilities there they will reduce US oil interests in the region to a ‘pile of ashes’. If you remember, Trump criticised Israel for attacking oil facilities in Tehran because this would place upward pressure on oil prices but the same applies to Kharg. Furthermore, if it is the US plan to take over Iran’s resources it does not make sense to start blowing them up. According to this report (on X) the Iranians have conceded that 15 explosions occurred on the island and that the Americans tried and failed to put the air defences out of action. Iranian forces continue to operate on the Island, according to the Global Times. Trump, always prone to hyperbole, called it ‘one of the most powerful bombings in the history of the Middle East'. I think this attack is meant to show the markets that there is hope of opening the Straits of Hormuz: it’s a ruse.
Today the US announced that it will be sending an expeditionary force of 2,500 (some say 5,000) marines to the combat zone. According to this report, they will occupy Kharg Island. If they do, they will be vulnerable but I can’t see them getting to the island.
Tass is reporting, that Israel has destroyed Iran’s main space research centre in Tehran.
It is quite evident that the US has run out of military targets. Apart from hitting, schools, hospitals, ambulance stations and residential buildings they have also targeted 56 museums; historical sites and cultural sites.
An American bank targeted in Dubai.
Iranian/Palestinian/Lebanese Casualties
Early in the day, the Zionists killed 12 in the city of Sidon, South Lebanon while an USraeli missile attack killed one on the Quds march in Tehran. Later, another 12 civilians were killed by one airstrike in Southern Lebanon along with two children in another strike. Several children were injured in this attack and three civilians, including 2 children, were martyred east of Gaza City
Later in the day, a raid on the Lebanese city of Nabatiya killed 6 civilians, including a child while 2 paramedics were killed in the town of Souran. Another raid on Al-Rahibat in South Lebanon killed 5 and injured another 5. 12 medical staff members were also killed in the South.
One civilian was killed in Khan Younis and another in the Gaza Strip while 15 civilians were killed at Isfahan (Iran. During the evening another 5 civilians were killed and 7 injured in Southern Lebanon. 4 were killed in the town of Mayfadoun near Beirut while 2 more were killed at Burj Hammoud.
USrael Casualties
According to this report, 2 settlers were injured by Hezbollah rocket attack on Safed. Kalman Meir Ber, the Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi of Israel and president of the Chief Rabbinate Council, was reportedly killed in an Iranian missile strike. This is the guy who wanted to wipe out Gaza.
Political/Diplomatic Moves
Today it was reported that the Italians are pulling their troops out of Kurdistan. Interestingly, Trump is saying that: ‘we have unparalleled firepower; unlimited ammunition, and plenty of time’. It appears that Trump could be putting all his fears on show because the US does not have unlimited firepower; it is running out of ammunition and it is running out of time. The US has exhausted its intercepts and the mid-terms are getting closer and closer.
Donald Trump has announced that the US has destroyed Iran’s military, navy and leadership 100% and is now inviting other countries, including the Europeans and the Gulf States, to send ships to free the Straits of Hormuz. He is even expecting NATO and China to help. I wonder how many national leaders in the West and the Gulf will be stupid enough to put their ships in harms way. Trump believes that these countries should help because oil is normally provided to them via the Straits, unlike the US. But this is a little disingenuous of Trump since the closure is also affecting US shares and gas prices at the pump - which are creeping up. Furthermore, Trump started this bloody war. So far, Australia and Japan have said that they won’t send ships, according to Tass. Keir Starmer has also refused along with Germany.
Apparently, Trump thought the Iranians were bluffing when they said that if attacked they would close the Straits. I should point out that the Straits are not closed: they are open to ‘friendly countries’ but not to the aggressors and those who assist them. The next day the terminal on the island was still loading up oil tankers and sending them south through the Straits of Hormuz - so the attack could not have been as devastating as Trump claims.
Trump was also surprised that the Iranians targeted US bases even though they said they would do so if attacked.
Today, the IRGC announced that Iran will respond to any attacks on its energy infrastructure by hitting oil, economic or energy infrastructure in the Gulf region which have US shares or cooperate with America.
According to this report, Iran has set two conditions for talks: First, withdrawal of all US troops from the Gulf, second, reparation for the damage caused by the USraelis during the war.
In the spirit of the good old Wild West, the US is offering a $10 million bounty for anyone who can locate Mojtaba Khamenei or Ali Arijani, according to Zero Hedge. Arijani was assassinated later (see below).
March 15th - Day 16
Iranian Attacks
Today, the IRGC announced the 50th Wave of True Promise - 4 targeting American bases in Al Dafra, Fujairah, Jebel Ali, the Fifth Naval Fleet, Al Salam and Al Aqrab. The Kuwaiti International Airport was also attacked with drones. US companies in the Gulf, such as Google, Amazon and Microsoft, have been warned that they will be attacked.
Holon, Tel Aviv (pictured) came under attack from Iranian missiles.
The picture shows an attack on Ramla. The Zionists are allowing pictures of damaged cars through the censor but not those showing damaged buildings.
The IRGC announced that Industrial sites and ‘gathering places’ have been destroyed at Erbil; Ali Al-Salem and Urifjan bases. The Briga Blue Bay project in Netanya, which is used by super rich Israelis, was also targeted.
Later in the day, the Iranians announced the 51st Wave. Al-Kharj base, which hosts US fighter jets, was among the targets. Eilat in the occupied territories was also hit. The 52nd Wave was also announced today. It targeted the occupied territories and US bases in the Gulf States.
Wave 53 was also launched today and targeted a US airbase in the UAE, launching solid fuel, Sejjil missiles for the first time. Not long after, Wave 54 was launched, targeting Israeli air operation command and decision making centres.
According to this report, Dubai Airport (above) was hit.
Hezbollah/Resistance
Hezbollah continues to hit IDF soldiers in Southern Lebanon causing casualties. Islamic Resistance continues its operations carrying out 25 attacks today and the US has asked all its citizens to leave Iraq. Disgracefully, the Lebanese army, which should be defending the country, has withdrawn from its positions in Southern Lebanon as the government seeks talks with Israel. Whatever happens Hezbollah will continue to fight.
USrael Attacks
The USraelis attacked residential areas of Shiraz (Iran) today. In an escalatory move, they also attacked the HQ of an Electricity Department in Iran, killing several employees.
Iranian/Palestinian/Lebanese Casualties
4 Palestinian civilians, including 2 children, were killed in the town of Tamoun (West Bank) today. 5 were killed at Qantara, Lebanon and in the south where 13 were killed and 10 injured. Three more were killed when a wall collapsed in Khan Younis. Many towns in Lebanon are being evacuated. Late in the day, two sixteen year old boys were killed by the IDF at Sinjel (Ramallah). 16 Palestinians have been martyred in the past 24 hours.
USrael Casualties
Today, Israeli Health announced 108 civilian casualties over the past 24 hours. It does not seem credible to me that there are no deaths. The Jerusalem Post reported 2 civilians injured by Iranian cluster munitions targeting Tel Aviv. In the occupied territories, 2 settlers were injured by drone fragments.
Political/Diplomatic Moves
Ebrahim Azizi, Head of National Security in the Iranian Parliament, has stated that Ukraine’s admission to providing drone support to Israel has turned its territory into a legitimate target for Iran under article 51 of the UN Charter. Israel is admitting what we all know already: it is short of interceptor missiles.
The Iranians have been busy breaking up USraeli sleeper cells in the country and have made many arrests.
According to Slavyangrad, Australia may be regretting its decision to support the Iran War:
⚡️Australia’s Energy Minister: “We only have enough gasoline for 18 days, diesel fuel for 16 days, and aviation fuel for 14 days. And a ship from the Persian Gulf takes 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.’’
Trump’s adviser, David Sacks, has urged Trump to declare victory and get out. He fears that Iran could destroy desalination plants and oil infrastructure in the Gulf States. Well - the US can get out but the Zionists have nowhere to go.
Following his request, the Chinese have advised Trump that the Hormuz Straits can be opened only by stopping his attacks on Iran, not by collecting warships in the area. They have called for a diplomatic solution to end the conflict.
Trump is threatening to remove the licenses of broadcasters in the US which are telling truths about Iran. He is even considering charges of treason against them. America is hardly great when it stamps out the truth in this way. When it comes to censorship, Trump is no better than Sleepy Joe.
It seems that the USraelis are using copies of Iranian drones in false flag attacks on various states such as Saudi Arabia and Turkiye.
If you are puzzled as to why Ayatollah Ali Khemenei did not hide from the USraelis read this moving account of a conversation he had with Ali Larijani shortly before his death. His family refused to leave him.
Today Larijani (who was later assassinated) called upon Muslim States to choose sides and join together to create a security framework to protect them rather than relying on the US which has let them down.
March 16th - Day 17
Iranian Attacks
According to this report, Tel Aviv and Bnei Brak were hit today along with Ben Gurion airport. According to another report, tribesmen from Khorramabad (Iran) destroyed a low flying JASSM missile - which is amazing if true. The 55th Wave was launched today. Aerospace military weapons production centres, refueling centres and US bases in the Gulf States were targeted.
The US ‘Victory’ (Victoria) base in Baghdad was also attacked this morning along with Fujairah in the UAE. The Iranians have denied reports that they have attacked Saudi Arabia. These are probably false flags but the Iranians have hit some targets in Saudi Arabia. Later in the day the IRGC announced the launch of Wave 56 which targeted the Southern Region Support Command, the strategic Rafael missile depot in the northern occupied territories, and the Al Udeid Air Base. Ammunition stocks were hit at Al-Dhafra air base.
Wave 57 of Operation True Promise - 4 was launched today.
At 19.15 hours, Israeli time, it was reported that sirens were sounding in Tel Aviv.
(Since the start of the conflict, Iran has launched 3,586 missiles and drones at the Gulf States.)
According to this report, the carrier Gerald Ford was severely damage by a fire that lasted 30 hours. 600 beds were lost and sailors are now sleeping on the floor. I am assuming that the fire was caused by an Iranian missile or drone attack. However, rumours are circulating which claim that US sailors set the ship alight because they wanted to get out of harm’s way. The Ford is headed for Crete to lick its wounds.
Iranian Strikes On The Gulf States
According to Info Defence:
Since February 28, Iran has launched at least 717 retaliatory strikes on Gulf states, including 332 confirmed hits. Another 385 missiles were reportedly intercepted. Of those, 32 were confirmed hits on Kuwait, 43 on the UAE, six on Oman, and eight on Qatar.
Hezbollah/Resistance Attacks
Hezbollah was heavily involved against the IDF today, destroying tanks and bulldozers while in Iraq the resistance is attacking the US embassy in Baghdad with Shahed-136 drones.
USrael Attacks
Today, the Zionists were attacking north of Jericho on the West Bank along with residential areas in Iran’s Qom province and Shahad Khameini Boys’ school. Later in the day, the Zionists announced a ground operation into Lebanon and have begun to forcefully evacuate residents of South Lebanon. Up until today more than 1 million people have been displaced in Lebanon. Overnight, the Zionists were still hitting the suburbs of Beirut.
Donald J has announced that he will be seeking to occupy Kharg Island with ground forces. Larry Johnson discusses the folly of such a move here.
Iranian/Palestinian/Lebanese Casualties
Today, the Zionists killed 4 in Gaza, including a father, mother and their son. In Khuzestan (Iran) 20 were killed and 40 injured by USraeli attacks on residential areas. ‘Popular Mobilization Forces’ in Iraq lost 8 of its fighters today: several more were injured by Israeli Air Strikes. Late in the day it was reported that 2 young men were killed north of Ramallah. In the evening, a paramedic and a civilian were killed in Lebanon. In a 24 hour period, 16 civilians were killed in Gaza, including 9 police officers. Sadly, Ali Larijani, Iran’s National Security Chief, has been assassinated along with Gholamreza Soleimani, commander of Iran’s paramilitary Basij force. A whole block was destroyed along with the residents who lived there. They were murdered just to kill these two men - according to Scott Ritter. The Kremlin has condemned the murders. This is getting annoying: Iran should be placing its top people out of harm’s way. Overnight 1 civilian was killed and 7 injured in Malfadon (South Lebanon).
USraeli Casualties
The Zionists have admitted to 3 injuries following an attack on Nahariya.
Political/Diplomatic Moves
The IRGC has announced that most of the missiles currently being deployed were manufactured a decade ago. It has warned that if the USraelis attack Iranian factories, they will attack USraeli factories. It has also warned people in the Gulf States to stay away from Americans because it will be attacking them.
Trump is trying to claim that pro-government protests and fires in Tel Aviv have been created by AI. There will be many such claims in future.
Spain is the latest country to snub Trump on sending ships to Hormuz.
Support Iran and We Will Kill You
Just to remind everyone that Israel is a Terrorist State, a Zionist Spokeswoman said:
Russian media reports IOF spokeswoman Anna Ukolova threatens Russian authorities to be killed if they take anti-Israel position in the war. She said that Israel controls all web-cameras in Russia and could hit easily whoever it wants including Putin.
March 17th - Day 18
Iranian Attacks
Overnight, explosions were reported in Tel Aviv. In the morning, an AN/FPS-117 early warning radar, operating at Qaisumah Airport in Hofuf, Saudi Arabia, was destroyed by drone attack. The Iranians have hit a gas field in the UAE setting it ablaze. They have also targeted an oil field in Iraq, which could indicate a change in Iran’s policy after its own energy infrastructure was attacked - according to Zero Hedge. Cluster munitions are being used to target Ben Gurion Airport and central Tel Aviv. Wave 58 was launched today. It targeted north and central Israel and US forces on the Gulf.
Today Iran hit its 16th tanker.
In the evening, Iran launched Wave 59.
Millions are on the streets every night in Iran and the USraelis are targeting them, according to Professor Marandi.
In the evening the IRGC announced that it will be launching retaliatory attacks in response to the assassination of Ali Larijani. Late in the evening Iranian missiles targeted a train station in Tel Aviv while Bnei Brak was also attacked.
The above image of Dubai under attack from Iranian missiles shows how many interceptor missiles are being used. You can see a short video here.
Following Iranian missile attacks, central Israel experienced power outages late at night.
The above image shows Iranian multi missiles attacking Israel.
Today, the IRGC launched Wave number 61 which deployed Khorramashahr 4 and Qadr hypersonic multi-warhead missiles. According to Danny Haiphong more than 100 sites were attacked in Tel Aviv alone. US troops in Erbil (Iraq) also came under attack.
Larijani’s Funeral
Hezbollah/Resistance Attack
Overnight, Hezbollah attacked Israel’s Palmachim airbase with precision missiles. In the evening, continuous rocket attacks were launched from Lebanon towards the center of Galilee, Acre, Haifa, and Greater Tel Aviv. For the second time this week, rockets have been launched by Hezbollah towards Israel’s nuclear facility at Dimona. Hezbollah is striking multiple Zionist bases and sites with rockets. During the evening, Hezbollah launched a ‘salvo of specialised missiles’ at the naval base in Haifa. Hezbollah continues to attack D-9 bulldozers and Markava tanks wherever it can find them. Any gatherings of IDF soldiers are being attacked with rockets.
USrael Attacks
USrael continues to attack civilian targets in Iran while the IDF is carrying limited operations in Lebanon where they face tough resistance from Hezbollah and other groups. During the evening the IDF stormed towns in Ramallah and Bethlehem (West Bank).
Iranian/Palestinian/Lebanese Casualties
A total of 1,300 Iranians have been killed in the conflict so far. 5 people were killed when US forces hit a house in Baghdad. This morning 2 Palestinians were killed and 10 wounded in an attack on Khan Younis.
USrael Casualties
Another Hebrew site is reporting injuries from Iranian missiles ‘in the centre of the country’ while an Israeli ‘settler’ website reported 2 deaths in Tel Aviv.
Political/Diplomatic Moves
Sources in the US are claiming that it has been in contact with Iran about talks. But this is all part of a narrative game in which it is claimed that Iran is suffering, almost down to its last missile launcher and last missile. So, as it lays on the canvas, blood coming out of its nose, it pleads for negotiations. But the unflappable Araghchi reminded everyone that his last contact, before the US decided to ‘kill diplomacy with another illegal attack on Iran’, was with Mr. Witkoff. Ouch!
Greece is the latest country to refuse Trump’s call for ships but the Czechs will be sending a Cruiser.
March 18th - Day 19
Iranian Attacks
The Iranians have destroyed or disabled 150 USraeli drones in the past 10 days. They are reverse engineering those that are intact. Today the IRGC announced the launch of Wave 58 which appears to be out of sequence given that Wave 59 was launched yesterday. The IRGC also announced that it will be accelerating the pace of its attacks.
During the morning, explosions were heard in Haifa; Tel Aviv; the UAE; Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
Wave 61 was also launched today and hit over 100 targets in Israel. Wave 62 was launched soon afterwards. Both waves targeted US assets in the Gulf states along with Israel. Late in the afternoon, refueling planes were targeted at Ben Gurion by a wave of drones.
According to this report, the Iranians have advised civilians to evacuate refineries in the 5 different refineries in the Gulf States. They intend to attack. Oil prices rose to $110 a barrel afterwards. The UAE and Qatar have condemned the USraeli strikes. The Speaker of the Iranian Parliament announced that:
The ‘an eye for an eye’ principle has taken root, and a new level of conflict has begun.
True to their word, Iran has attacked the world’s largest LNG complex near the city of Ras Laffan in Qatar which was set ablaze. This could lead to a 50% increase in the price of LNG. In response, Qatari officials have declared Iranian embassy officials as ‘persona non grata’, ordering them to leave. Iranian missiles also targeted Zionist positions on the West Bank. Some Israeli citizens became trapped in a building following a missile attack in Tel Aviv.
In the evening, the IRGC announced the launch of Wave 63 which targeted US energy infrastructure in the Gulf. Facilities were destroyed on US bases at Manat; Al-Zafarah; Al-Udeid and Mina Salman. According to this report, the Iranians have attacked Yanbu refinery in Saudi Arabia; gas transmission pipelines feeding Europe in Libya and an oil tanker in the straits using speedboats (Iran’s Navy). Later in the day Wave 64 was launched and attacked Ben Gurion airport; collections of Zionist troops; refueling aircraft; Haifa (including the refinery) and the US 5the fleet in Bahrain. Qadr, Emad, Kheybar Shekan were also targeted. 9 multi-warhead Khorramshahr missiles were used.
Hezbollah/Resistance attacks
I have seen frequent reports on Telegram (too numerous to include here) of Hezbollah attacks on groups of Zionist soldiers, their tanks and their bulldozers. They are using rockets, drones and artillery and are adopting Guerilla tactics including ambushes. The resistance attacks have been extended to US bases in Jordan using drones.
USraeli Attacks
Today it was reported that the area around the Bushehr nuclear power plant in Iran was attacked. There were no casualties and no damage to the nuclear facilities, according to Tass.
The USraelis attacked Iran’s gas facilities at South Pars (above) and Asaluyeh, according to the Jerusalem Post.
According to Zero Hedge, the attacks have forced a reduction of gas supplies from these sources (to prevent the fire from spreading) which marks a major escalation that could encourage Iran to retaliate. This could impact on oil prices as well as gas if Iran strikes oil facilities in the Gulf States in retaliation.
The Bashoura neighbourhood in central Beirut was attacked today, killing 20 and injuring dozens, according to Al Jazeera. Elsewhere in Beirut, another 6 were killed and dozens wounded in a Zionist air strike.
Iranian/Palestinian/Lebanese Casualties
During the morning, 12 were killed and 41 injured after the Zionists attacked civilian areas in Beirut. Lebanese broadcaster Mohamed Sharee was killed along with his wife in Beirut. Laith Marouf, has calculated that the Zionists are murdering 6 children a day in Lebanon: 4 more were killed in Baalbek today. Red Crescent reported 3 deaths and a serious injury from Rocket attacks in Beit Awah near Hebron. Another 6 were killed and many injured in Deir Samet (West Bank). On this day, casualties in Lebanon had reached 968 martyred and 2,432 injured. Sadly, the Iranian Intelligence Minister, Esmail Khatib was assassinated today.
USrael Casualties
In a rare report on fatalities, the Jerusalem Post claimed that 2 civilians were killed and 5 injured by an Iranian missile attack in Tel Aviv early this morning while a Zionist helicopter carrying wounded soldiers crash landed near the hospital in Rambam. There must have been casualties. According to this report in Pravda, the situation is so bad following Iranian missiles strikes that the area may be evacuated. Later, this report referred to an Israeli announcement of one person who was killed following an Iranian missile attack. An American nurse based in Germany, where US wounded are cared for, has said that US casualties are much higher than reported.
Political/Diplomatic Moves
The Israelis are still calling for and are still expecting regime change in Iran and believe that they have already won the war. Iran’s FM Araghchi, when asked about the possible acquisition off nuclear weapons, said that the Fatwa against this died with the Supreme leader and he has no idea what position the new leader will take on the issue.
March 19th - Day 20
Iranian Attacks
The Iranians have announced that they have broken up more than 100 pro-monarchist cells in Iran that are linked to Israel. They found knives, firearms and other weapons. The Iranians attacked the US Fifth Fleet in Bahrain today along with an oil refinery in Kuwait; the Hashban gas facility in the UAE and the Bab oil field also in the UAE.
Two refineries in Saudi Arabia were also hit along with the refinery at Haifa which provides 50%-60% of Israel’s fuel. The refinery is on fire. Another refinery at Ashdod was also hit.
Late in the day, an F-35 ‘stealth jet’ was forced into an emergency landing after being hit by the Iranians, I assume. You can see a short video on X. This is humiliating for the Donald because the F-35 is the state of the art, Rolls Royce of the air.
During the early evening, Iran launched Wave number 65 which targeted US bases in the Gulf States. Haifa came under attack late at night, as you can see here.
At 8 pm Israeli time, sirens sounded as Iranian missiles attacked Tel Aviv and the occupied territories. Israeli media is reporting a ‘difficult day’ especially for those in Jerusalem. But residents in many places across Israel are suffering in a constant state of alert, spending most of their time in shelters, according to this.
Street Interview With Israeli Citizens
For decades Netanyahu said Israel is the “safest” place. Now look at the chaos: sirens, missiles, endless war.
Hezbollah/Resistance Attacks
Today, Hezbollah ambushed Zionist forces near the town of Al-Tyba in Lebanon and destroyed 6 Merkava tanks. Islamic resistance in Iraq has launched 29 attacks on US bases in 24 hours. Hezbollah were targeting the IDF in various places until late - as you can read here.
USrael Attacks
This morning, the Zionists launched a huge attack on Southern Lebanon using low flying drones while the USraelis attacked the port of Bandar Anzali in Northern Iran.
Iranian/Palestinian/Lebanese Casualties
This morning 4 civilians were martyred in Gaza while in Southern Lebanon, 2 civilians were killed and 8 injured in Israeli airstrikes.
USrael Casualties
According to this report, 177 settlers have been injured by Iranian attacks in the past 24 hours. According to the Jerusalem Times, 1 man was killed by shrapnel today and another 6 over the past 24 hours, while 4 Zionists were injure by a Hezbollah rocket attack on Kiryat Shmona.
Political/Diplomatic Moves
According to this report, Washington has passed messages via Gulf countries asking Iran to end the war, threatening more Iranian assassinations if they don’t. When will the Americans learn that the making of threats in relation to Iran is counter-productive. Trump denied any involvement by the US and Qatar in the attack on Iran’s oil infrastructure and apologised. He has told Israel not to attack Iran’s energy infrastructure in future. But he couldn’t resist the obligatory threat to attack Iran’s oil facilities if it continues to attack Qatar. Hey Donald, you Israel and Qatar are all on the same side so your oil facilities are fair game. But if Trump is being truthful about not approving of Israel’s attack, he is admitting that he has no control over the war. In response, an Iranian security spokesman said that if Trump attacks Iran’s oil facilities again the response will be stronger than he imagines. But senior Israeli officials claim that Trump knew of the attack and gave it his approval.
According to Alastair Crooke, Netanyahu has given up on regime change in Iran - so it is not clear what his revised objectives are. Trump contradicts himself by claiming on the one hand that USrael has ‘obliterated everything' yet on the other hand he pleads with Iran not to attack energy facilities in the gulf. He is also seeking $200 billion in funding which would hardly be needed if the US had already obliterated everything. The Economist is warning that the Iran war could deplete America’s military strength for years. Thank you Donald: much appreciated Bibi.
A member of the Iranian parliament has announced Iran’s intention to charge tolls for those wishing to use the Straits of Hormuz.
Brent crude was $114 a barrel today.
March 20th - Day 21
Iranian Attack
At 1.30 am, Friday morning, the IRGC announced the launch of Wave 66 - Operation True Promise - 4. It targeted Southern Israel, Tel Aviv and US bases in the Gulf States. Multi warhead missiles such as the Khorramshahr and Kheibarshkan were used. According to this report, members of the US Mission in Baghdad are being evacuated.
Early this morning, the Mina Al Ahmadi refinery in Kuwait was set alight as you can see here. At 9 am (GMT) the IRGC announced the launch of Wave 67 which targeted Ali Al Salem airbase in Kuwait. Four early radar systems were hit at Al-Wafa base early this morning. In total, the Iranians have targeted 67 satellite and radar stations all over the occupied territories as part of Wave 67.
Inside Israel, the Haifa and Ashdod refineries were attacked with ‘Nasrallah’ missiles which are being used for the first time.
Hezbollah/ Resistance Attacks
Hezbollah and other resistance groups are conducting attacks on gatherings of IDF soldiers with missiles, drones and rockets, including 20 launched at Galilee today. Around mid day Hezbollah attacked Yarah barracks with drones; Kiryat Shmona with rockets; the Shomera settlement with rockets and Jerusalem with rockets.
They are also ambushing the IDF, destroying their Merkava tanks and their D-9 bulldozers.
USraeli Attacks
According to the Jerusalem Post, the USraelis have targeted infrastructure sites in Tehran; Parchin; Kerman; Arak, and Bandar-e Lengeh. The Post claims 3,186 Iranian casualties in 3 weeks - but don’t mention the fact that these are civilians. The US is sending a new expeditionary force to the Middle East led by the ‘Boxer’. The make up of the force suggests that it could lead a landing on Kharg Island. You can read more here.
Iranian/Palestinian/Lebanese Casualties
Today it was announced that IRGC spokesman, Ali Mohammad Naeini was assassinated. You can read more here.
USrael Casualties
Haaretz is reporting that:
The Iranian bombing resulted in the deaths of 21 Israelis and the injury of more than 4,000 and caused damage to 9,000 buildings and 3,000 cars
Political/Diplomatic Moves
Russian spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, is calling for the USraelis to cease their attacks on Iran. She called for a ‘region wide’ negotiating process ‘to agree a concept of collective security’ in the region. There does not appear to be room for the Americans in this. Deluded Netanyahu will not agree to this because he believes (or claims to believe) that Iran is being decimated and that Israel is winning.
That’s it for another Iran War Summary - which is much shorter than the last one due to my efforts to keep it so. Many thanks for your subscriptions and shares, which help the Busker reach more people. I am also grateful for your views; follows; restacks likes and comments.
Have a good week - Busker.

Thanks Rob for another great review from the lunatic, terrorist, evil, nasty, crooky and greedy powers that rule in Israel and USA.
It seems that Israel has gone nuts and are overstretching to reach a final solution of their predicament to live as occupier's on stolen lands and want to crush all resistance by acting like the devil in hell.
The EU countries and UK act like it is raining water and not bombs on Lebanon and Iran.
Trump acts like a B-actor in a B-movie and read his lines and shout out not remembering if it is contradicting what he said a minute earlier.
Very upsetting to watch this brutal and unnecessary war leading to the destruction of not only Iran but also the selfdestruction of US and Israel and promoting anti-semitism and terrorism.
Thanks again Rob, I am impressed of your ability to remain as a sober reporter to this madness.
Thanks Rob, for doing your extra 'homework' at this crucial time in history.
Our government news channels in Oz only report damage to, and deaths and displacements in, Iran and Lebanon. There is no coverage of damage, deaths or displacements in Israel. Perhaps that is because Netanyahu, over a week ago, threatened 5 years gaol time for anyone posting damage to Tel Aviv on social media. However, there are reports that thousands of people are leaving Israel via an airport in the Sinai Desert, which makes me wonder if Ben Gurion airport is still functional.
The good news is that the Rafa Crossing has reopened and the people of Gaza are again receiving food and medical supplies.
The fire on the USS Gerald Ford was reportedly started in the laundry of the ship where it is thought that crew members set clothing alight there. Naval recruits are finding clothing quite useful in getting US Aircraft carriers out of the war zone, given that clothing stuffed into toilets on the other aircraft carrier there (USS Harry Truman?) was sabotaged with clothing stuffed into toilets. There are reports that this second carrier was hit with a fatah missile, has been seriously damaged, and has retreated to Cyprus for repairs. There is also massive resistance to this war in the US military, with both soldiers and commanders objecting to "dying for Israel" in a war that has not been sanctioned by Congress.
Given that the two times that Iran went to the negotiating table USreal attacked them, it is understandable that Iran has now set strict conditions for ending the war, which USreal will not meet. I optimistically believe that its continuation will end the Zionist Project all together, and result in terminating the US presence in the Middle East. Unfortunately repairing the damage done to oil facilities in the gulf is going to take years to repair, so will affect all of us very badly.
Oh, and the head choppers in charge of Syria were considering supporting Israel by attacking Hezbola via the Syrian border. They are now reconsidering this proposal, as their previous attempts went nowhere, after resistance not by Hezbola, but by tribes inside the border of Lebanon.
